Devoteam in Belgium has experience with managing and delivering projects of the size of the ranging from tens of man-days to hundred person-years and this for infrastructure deployments, implementation projects, integration projects, R&D projects, custom software implementation projects, innovation, proof-of-concept projects and consultancy projects. The development methodologies used vary from the traditional "waterfall" to the more "agile" techniques such as Scrum. Several Devoteam employees are certified "Scrum Masters" and have participated over the years on several Scrum projects. Prince2 is mainly used as project methodology; in other cases the project-specific methodology as requested by the customer is used. Devoteam has numerous Prince2 certified project managers. Choosing a suitable project methodology is mainly determined by 4 criteria: the size of the project, the nature of the project (development, integration, deployment, service, maintenance, ...), the complexity of the project and the methodology used by the customer.
